At Destin Boat Co, we understand that plans can change — and we do our best to accommodate. Please review our updated cancellation and rescheduling policy below:

Cancellations

- Cancel 48+ hours before your tour: Receive a full refund, minus any processing fees.

- Cancel 24–48 hours before your tour: No refund unless you’ve purchased Trip Protection at the time of booking.

- Cancel less than 24 hours before your tour: You will forfeit 100% of the trip total, plus any applicable processing or service fees.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling is free up to 48 hours before your scheduled tour.- Inside 48 hours: Rescheduling is not guaranteed, but we’ll review on a case-by-case basis depending on availability and circumstance.- All reschedule requests must be submitted in writing via email or text.

Weather Cancellations

Safety is our top priority. If we cancel your tour due to unsafe weather conditions, you’ll have two options:- Reschedule your trip at no additional cost, or- Receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable processing fees.

Trip Protection (optional)

Want more flexibility? You can add Trip Protection at the time of booking, which allows you to cancel up to 24 hours before your tour for a full refund (minus processing fees), no questions asked.
