Bareboat Charter Agreement

This Bareboat Charter Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of the date signed below by and between:

Destin Boat Company ("Owner") in Boat Company ("Owner")

1. Vessel Information

- Vessel Type: 20' SunTracker DLX Pontoon

- Registration Number: FL3474RV

- Capacity: 10 Persons Maximum

- Equipment: Type I USCG-approved life jackets (1 per passenger), anchor, horn/whistle, fire extinguisher,

throwable PFD, first aid kit

3. Charter Type

This is a Bareboat Charter. Charterer assumes full possession, command, and control of the vessel for the

duration of the charter and is considered the temporary owner.

Charterer must not hire a captain employed by Destin Boat Company. A list of independent captains may be

provided, but Charterer must select, hire, and pay the captain directly.

4. Charterer Responsibilities

Charterer agrees to:

- Operate the vessel in accordance with all USCG and Florida state boating laws.

- Ensure all passengers wear life jackets when required.

- Not operate the vessel under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

- Be at least 18 years old, and if born after January 1, 1988, hold a valid Boater Safety Card.

- Be financially responsible for any damage, loss, or injury caused during the charter period.

- Use the vessel only in designated areas (no Gulf access or night use unless otherwise authorized in

writing).

5. Insurance and Liability

Charterer assumes all liability during the charter and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Destin Boat Company, its owners, and employees for any claims, injuries, losses, or damages arising out of the charter.

6. Emergency Protocol

Charterer agrees to review and follow the Float Plan and Emergency Procedures provided. In case of emergency, contact 911 and then call Destin Boat Company at 850-565-9383.

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations due to unsafe weather (as determined by Destin Boat Company) will be fully refunded or rescheduled.

8. Agreement and Acknowledgment

By signing below, Charterer acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this agreement.
